Gooya Dubai Platform Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 9, 2025
These Gooya Dubai Platform Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) outline the rules and conditions governing your access to and use of the website www.gooyadubai.ae and any related mobile application made available by Gooya Dubai (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). “Content” means all text, data, images, videos, listings, advertisements, or other materials published on or accessible through the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
The Gooya Dubai platform is owned and operated by Gravity Vision L.L.C., a company legally registered in Dubai under the supervision of the Dubai Economic Department (DED).

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, forming a legally binding agreement between you and Gooya Dubai.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of the Platform.
3. Amendments to the Terms
Gooya Dubai reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required by law, registered users will be notified via email of any material changes.
4. Modifications to the Platform
We may, at any time and without notice, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or functionality of the Platform to reflect operational, technological, or legal requirements.
5. Availability of the Platform
Gooya Dubai does not guarantee that the Platform or any Content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to parts or all of the Platform for business, maintenance, or security reasons.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in connection with the Platform.
7. License to Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Gooya Dubai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may print or download limited portions of Content for personal reference, provided that:
You do not alter or modify the material;
You do not separate graphics or images from their accompanying text;
You do not use Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Gooya Dubai.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its Content are owned by or licensed to Gooya Dubai and are protected under UAE and international copyright laws. All trademarks and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of Gooya Dubai or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written approval.
8. Restrictions
You must not:
Use the Platform if under 18 years of age;
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its servers;
Interfere with or damage any part of the Platform or related systems;
Upload or transmit any viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code;
Impersonate another person or entity;
Post offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content;
Generate spam or unsolicited advertising;
Copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform for commercial use;
Use scraping, crawling, or automated tools to collect data;
Reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the Platform’s source code.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension of your account and reporting to legal authorities.
Account Creation and Management
1 Creating an Account
Some Platform features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
2 Maintaining Accuracy
You must promptly update your information if it changes. Providing false or outdated information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
4 Unauthorized Use
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@gooyadubai.ae.
5 Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@gooyadubai.ae. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.
Paid Services
Gooya Dubai may offer certain premium or paid services (each, a “Paid Service”). For example, you may pay a fee to feature your advertisement more prominently.
Terms for Paid Services:
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment for a Paid Service does not guarantee a specific number of leads, inquiries, or successful sales.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Gooya Dubai shall not be liable for banking errors or insufficient funds.
Listings
The Platform enables users to post advertisements (“Listings”) for goods, services, real estate, jobs, or vehicles. Gooya Dubai acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not participate in, or guarantee, any transaction between users.
If You Are a Seller:
You must have the legal right to sell the product or service.
You may post one product or service per Listing.
You must not post counterfeit or prohibited items.
Your Listing must be accurate, lawful, and comply with UAE regulations.
If You Are a Buyer:
You must ensure the legality and authenticity of the item before purchase.
You are responsible for verifying the product or service prior to payment.
Gooya Dubai reserves the right to remove or disable any Listing deemed misleading, illegal, or inappropriate.
Reviews and Ratings
Users may rate or review other users’ Listings or interactions (“Reviews”).
Reviews must:
Be honest and factual;
Reflect real experiences;
Not contain hate speech, defamation, or obscenity.
Gooya Dubai is not responsible for user-generated Reviews but reserves the right to monitor and remove any Review that violates these Terms.
Uploading Content
Any material uploaded by users to the Platform shall be deemed non-confidential. By uploading, you grant Gooya Dubai a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such material.
You represent that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights. Gooya Dubai reserves the right to disclose user identity to law enforcement or rightsholders in case of infringement claims.
Payments and Security
By submitting payment details, you authorize Gooya Dubai (or its payment processor) to charge the specified amount. Gooya Dubai uses secure third-party gateways and complies with UAE Data Protection laws. We are not responsible for losses resulting from failed or incomplete transactions.
Limitation of Liability
For Personal Users:
The Platform is provided for private use only. Gooya Dubai shall not be liable for business loss, interruption, or indirect damages.
For Business Users:
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Gooya Dubai excludes all implied conditions or guarantees.
In any event, Gooya Dubai’s total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of AED 1,000 or the amount paid for the related Paid Service.
Breach of Terms
In case of violation of these Terms, Gooya Dubai may:
Suspend or terminate your account;
Remove content or Listings;
Restrict access to the Platform;
Report violations to UAE authorities.
Reporting Illegal or Infringing Content
To report unlawful content or intellectual property violations, contact: 📩 support@gooyadubai.ae Reports will be reviewed and acted upon within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with UAE law.
External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. Gooya Dubai assumes no responsibility for external sites or their content.
Security
We do not guarantee that the Platform is free from malware or technical issues. Users must ensure secure device configurations and use up-to-date antivirus protection.
Force Majeure
Gooya Dubai shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, internet failures, or government restrictions.
Assignment
Gooya Dubai may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity. Users will be notified of any such transfer.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and written correspondence. If no resolution is reached, the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
Language
In case of inconsistency between the English and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Annex 1 – Real Estate Listings
Only property owners, developers, or licensed real estate agents (RERA-certified) may post real estate Listings.
Off-plan projects must be registered with the appropriate authorities.
Gooya Dubai is not a real estate broker and is not responsible for verifying Listing accuracy.
Buyers or tenants must conduct their own due diligence.
Annex 2 – Motors Section
Sellers must legally own the vehicle being advertised.
Vehicles must be roadworthy and located within the UAE.
Gooya Dubai may request proof of ownership or customs clearance.
Gooya Dubai assumes no responsibility for vehicle condition or authenticity.
Annex 3 – Jobs Section
Employers and recruiters must hold valid UAE commercial licenses.
Job seekers acknowledge that their profiles and CVs will be visible to registered employers.
All job-related fees are non-refundable.
Gooya Dubai does not guarantee job placements or verify employer claims.
Annex 4
Additional Terms – Verified Business Account
Effective Date: October 9, 2025
These Additional Terms for Verified Business Account (“Business Account Terms”) govern the use of the “Verified Business Account” feature available on the Gooya Dubai Platform, including www.gooyadubai.ae and any associated mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Business Account Terms supplement and form part of the Gooya Dubai Platform Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Business Account Terms and the main Terms of Use, these Business Account Terms shall prevail. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned to them in the main Terms of Use.
1. Description of the Feature
The “Verified Business Account” (the “Feature”) allows business users of the Platform to obtain a verified badge indicating their business authenticity and trustworthiness.
The benefits and functionalities of this Feature may be updated from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the relevant Platform page.
As part of this Feature, business users may:
Display their official business logo on their profile and Listings;
Add a brief company description;
Include a link to their official website.
All content uploaded under this Feature must be accurate, lawful, compliant with our Acceptable Use Policy, and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
2. Subscribing to the Feature
Business users may subscribe to the Feature at any time by following the instructions available on the Platform. Your subscription begins once Gooya Dubai confirms completion of the verification process.
The Feature is offered on a monthly subscription basis, with the subscription price clearly displayed at checkout. Subscription prices may change from time to time at Gooya Dubai’s discretion, and any changes will be notified via email before taking effect.
Your subscription automatically renews each month on the anniversary of the start date (“Billing Cycle”), and the applicable fee will be automatically charged to your selected payment method unless cancelled.
If you cancel your subscription, access to the Feature will remain active until the end of the current Billing Cycle.
3. Payment of Subscription Fees
By subscribing to the Feature, you agree to pay all applicable Subscription Fees as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment processor. Please review the processor’s terms and privacy policy.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your chosen payment method. Gooya Dubai is not responsible for additional bank charges or failed transactions.
If payment cannot be processed for any Billing Cycle, Gooya Dubai reserves the right to suspend access to the Feature or your Gooya Dubai account until outstanding fees are paid.
4. Providing KYC Documents
To activate the Feature, Gooya Dubai must verify that you are operating in a legitimate business capacity. You are required to provide a valid business license (or equivalent documentation) and any additional documents requested for verification.
By submitting such information, you represent that all documents are genuine, accurate, and up to date. All KYC data is handled in accordance with the Gooya Dubai Privacy Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Performance
The Feature is designed to enhance visibility and user trust; however, Gooya Dubai makes no guarantee regarding its impact on Listing performance, inquiries, or sales results.
6. Modification or Discontinuation
Gooya Dubai may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, substitute, or discontinue the Feature or any of its functionalities. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
If the Feature is discontinued, Gooya Dubai will notify affected users via email and automatically cancel their subscriptions.
7. Amendments
Gooya Dubai may amend these Business Account Terms from time to time, with or without notice. The latest version will always be made available on this page, and continued use of the Feature after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
